END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") and the developer/author ("Licensor") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single server or web-hosting environment solely for your own personal, non-commercial amateur radio station operations.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

No Redistribution: You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software, in whole or in part, to any third party.

No Commercial Hosting: You may not use the Software to operate a commercial or multi-tenant "Software as a Service" (SaaS) platform, nor may you charge others a fee to generate QSL cards using this Software.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Modification: You may modify the Software for your own personal use and environment compatibility; however, any modified versions remain subject to this EULA and may not be distributed.

Copyright Notices: You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the Software.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
All title, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by the Licensor. The Software is licensed, not sold.

4. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts in your possession or control.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
